Notification authority shifted to Board; existing notifications deemed issued under amended provision and remain effective until changed. The amendment substitutes the word Board for 'Central Government' in renumbered sub section (1) of section 7 and inserts a new sub section (2) deeming all notifications in force immediately before commencement to be issued under the amended provision, continuing to have force until amended, rescinded or superseded.
