Amendment to section 158BC adds valuation provisions and mandates that seized or requisitioned assets follow section 132B procedures. Amendment of section 158BC adds section 145 to the list of referenced assessment and valuation provisions and replaces the prior clause governing seized or requisitioned assets so that such assets are to be dealt with pursuant to the procedures in section 132B.
