of <h1>Time Spent on Rejected Pauper Application Excluded from Limitation Period for Suit or Appeal Under Section 5</h1> In computing the limitation period for a suit or appeal where an application for leave to sue or appeal as a pauper has been made and rejected, the time spent prosecuting the application in good faith is excluded. The court may, upon payment of the prescribed court fees, treat the suit or appeal as if the fees had been paid initially, maintaining the same legal force and effect.
