Rights of pre-emption: limitation for enforcement capped to a short period after disability cessation or death. Section 8 excludes suits to enforce rights of pre-emption from Sections 6 and 7 and confines the limitation for any such suit or application to a period that cannot be extended beyond three years from the cessation of the disability or the death of the person affected.
