Recovery of fines follows penal and criminal procedure warrant and execution rules unless an express contrary provision exists. Recovery of fines imposed under any Act, regulation, rule or bye-law is governed by the Penal Code and criminal procedure rules for issuance and execution of warrants for levy of fines, unless the imposing instrument contains an express provision to the contrary.
