Rule-making power enables competent authority to prescribe fees and dissemination costs, and to make other procedural rules under the Act. The competent authority may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to implement the Act, including prescribing the cost of dissemination media or print price, fees payable for requests and appeals, and any other matters required or permitted to be prescribed.
