Rulemaking power enables appropriate government to prescribe fees, costs, service terms and commission procedures under the Act. Appropriate Government has a general rulemaking power to make rules by notification to implement the Act, including rules on dissemination costs, fees for access, salaries and service conditions of officers, procedures for Information Commissions deciding appeals, and any other matters required or permitted to be prescribed.
