          <h1>Application of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita: Special Court proceedings governed by Sanhita; prosecutors treated as Public Prosecutors.</h1> Proceedings before a Special Court are governed by the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, including bail and bond rules; the prosecutor before the Special Court is deemed a Public Prosecutor, with the Central Government empowered to appoint Special Public Prosecutors. Appointment requires at least seven years' advocacy practice and special knowledge of law, and appointees are treated as Public Prosecutors within the Sanhita for all applicable provisions.
