Unique identification marking mandated for specified goods to enable electronic track and trace and reporting obligations. The Government may notify specified goods and persons for a track and trace mechanism, provide a system for affixing unique identification marking and electronic storage of marking information, and prescribe the marking content; notified persons must affix markings, furnish prescribed information and records, disclose manufacturing machinery details, and pay prescribed amounts in relation to the system.
