This requirement is detailed in Rule 17 of the 2009 Rules concerning the salaries, allowances, and other service conditions for the Chairperson and members. The oath is to be made using Form I and Form II annexed to these rules. Previous requirements for the oath to be taken before specific officials were removed via a notification in 2009.
