Oath of secrecy restricts tribunal members from disclosing matters, permitting disclosure only as necessary to perform official duties.

Form II requires the Chairperson or Member to solemnly affirm or swear that they will not directly or indirectly communicate or reveal any matter brought under their consideration or becoming known to them in that capacity, except as may be required for the due discharge of their duties; the form includes place, date, signature, name and designation and relates to rule 17.
