Dearness Allowance: Chairperson receives rates matching highest judicial office; Members follow Group A Central Government pay rates.

Rule 6 provides that the Chairperson who is or has been a Judge of the Supreme Court or Chief Justice of a High Court shall receive dearness allowance at the rate admissible to a Judge of the Supreme Court or the Chief Justice of a High Court as per orders of the concerned courts, and that Members shall receive dearness allowance and other allowances at rates admissible to a Group 'A' officer of the Central Government drawing equivalent pay.
