Reference to new section 74A extends the scope of Section 65(7) to include compliance and recovery under the new provision. Sub section (7) of section 65 is amended to insert a reference to the proposed new provision, thereby extending the existing assessment and recovery cross reference in section 65(7) to apply to the newly introduced section 74A as a consequential amendment.
