The Act is titled the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2024 and, save as otherwise provided, sections 2 to 87 are deemed to have come into force on 1 April 2024, while sections 110 to 153 shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
