of <h1>Finance Bill 2024: Customs Tariff Act Amendments Change Rates for Chapters 39, 66, and 98.</h1> The Third Schedule of the Finance (No. 2) Bill, 2024, amends the Customs Tariff Act. In Chapter 39, the tariff rate for items under headings 3920 and 3921 is changed to 25%. In Chapter 66, the tariff for item 6601 10 00 is adjusted to either 20% or Rs. 60 per piece, whichever is higher. In Chapter 98, the tariff for item 9802 00 00 is increased to 150%.
