of <h1>Amendment to Section 25 of IGST Act: Time period extended from three years to five years by Finance Act, 2020.</h1> Section 25 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has been amended by the Finance Act, 2020. In sub-section (1) of this section, the proviso has been altered to replace the term 'three years' with 'five years.' This amendment extends the relevant time period specified in the original text of the Act.
