Electronic duty credit ledger procedures now prescribe maintenance, payments, transfers and related conditions under amended customs provision. Amendment inserts clause (ja) into section 157(2) to prescribe the manner of maintaining the electronic duty credit ledger, making payments from it, transfer of duty credit between ledgers, and the conditions, restrictions and time limits relating thereto.
