of <h1>Amendment to Section 10 of GST Act: 'or services' added, expanding scope to include services with goods from Jan 1, 2021.</h1> Section 10 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act has been amended by the Finance Act, 2020. In sub-section (2), clauses (b), (c), and (d), the phrase 'or services' is added following the words 'of goods.' This amendment, effective from January 1, 2021, as per Notification No. 92/2020-Central Tax dated December 22, 2020, expands the scope of these clauses to include services alongside goods.
