NCLAT recruitment rules preserve reservation, age-relaxation and concessions for reserved and special categories as provided by law. Saving provision stating that nothing in these Rules affects entitlement to reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, economically weaker sections, ex-servicemen and other special categories, which remain governed by applicable government rules and orders.
