Number of posts, their classification and pay matrix levels are specified in Schedule I columns (2) to (4). Rule 5 prescribes that the number of posts, their classification and the level in the pay matrix for officers and employees are as specified in columns (2) to (4) of Schedule I, which set out the post count, classification and corresponding pay matrix level under these rules.
