Initial constitution of tribunal employees: incumbents are deemed appointed and prior service counts for pension and gratuity. An incumbent holding a Schedule I post on a regular basis upon dissolution of the Company Law Board or Competition Appellate Tribunal shall be deemed to have been duly appointed under these Rules, and service rendered before commencement shall be taken into account for pension, gratuity and other like benefits.
