Conditions of service for Appellate Tribunal officers and employees follow the rules applicable to Central Government officers of corresponding pay scales for pay, allowances, leave and other service terms. Deputation staff continue to be governed by their parent organisation's rules for provident fund, insurance, superannuation, pension and retirement; the Tribunal must recover and promptly remit contributions to the lending entity and bear any loss of interest from late remittance. Medical facilities may be availed as per parent organisation entitlement or Schedule-II.
