Application of Rules: applicability limited to posts listed in Schedule-I column one, defining scope of service rules. Application is confined to the posts enumerated in column (1) of Schedule-I annexed to these rules, thereby defining the class of offices and employees subject to the recruitment, salary and service provisions of the Rules.
