of <h1>Rule 10 Allows Deputed Employees' Absorption with Departmental Promotion Committee Approval and No Parent Department Objection; Seniority Based on Absorption Date.</h1> Rule 10 of the National Company Law Tribunal (Recruitment, Salary and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Officers and other Employees) Rules, 2020, allows for the absorption of employees appointed on deputation. Employees who meet the required qualifications and experience, and are deemed suitable by the Departmental Promotion Committee, can be absorbed if they opt for it and their parent departments do not object. The seniority of absorbed employees is determined based on the date of their absorption into the post.
