Initial constitution: incumbents holding equivalent posts at prior tribunal deemed appointed under new rules, prior service counts. Incumbents holding the Schedule I posts on a regular basis at the predecessor body's dissolution are deemed appointed under these Rules, and their prior service shall be taken into account for pension, gratuity and other similar benefits, preserving continuity of service rights.
