Validity of permission persists until cancellation or surrender, including cancellation or surrender of the licence under section 58. Validity of permission under regulation 5 continues until it is cancelled or surrendered, or until the licence issued under section 58 is cancelled or surrendered, in accordance with the Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder.
