Penalty for contravention under warehouse manufacture regulations attracts statutory penalty as prescribed by the Act. Regulation 19 makes clear that any person who contravenes the Manufacture and Other Operations in Warehouse (no. 2) Regulations, 2019, abets such contravention, or fails to comply with any provision shall be liable to a penalty in accordance with the penalty provisions of the governing Act.
