Regulatory supersession of warehouse manufacturing rules: new customs regulations replace prior rules and commence on gazette publication. Regulations issued under the Customs Act renew the regulatory framework for manufacture and other operations in bonded warehouses, expressly superseding the earlier Manufacture and Other Operations in Warehouse Regulations, 2019 except as to prior acts or omissions, and come into force on publication in the official gazette as the Manufacture and Other Operations in Warehouse (no. 2) Regulations, 2019.
