Transfer of warehoused goods requires bond officer intimation and one-time-locking before removal and transport. Transfer of warehoused goods to another warehouse or to a customs station for export requires intimation to the bond officer on the prescribed Form. After intimation the licensee must allow removal and loading, affix a one-time-lock to the transport, endorse and retain the one-time-lock number on the Form and transport document, record the removal, and deliver retained copies to the bond officer.
