of <h1>Licensee Obligated to Confirm Goods' Arrival and Submit Proof Within One Month or Face Penalties Under Section 72(1).</h1> The licensee must provide specific acknowledgements to the proper officer and bond officer to confirm the arrival of goods at designated locations. Within one month, or an extended period allowed by the officer, the licensee must submit proof of goods deposited in the warehouse, their removal and arrival at another warehouse, and their arrival at the customs station of export. Failure to comply results in the owner being liable for full duty, interest, fines, and penalties as per section 72(1).
