Special procedure notification enables designation of classes of registered persons for modified GST registration, return, payment and administration. The government, on the Council's recommendation and subject to prescribed conditions and safeguards, may notify classes of registered persons and specify special procedures for registration, furnishing of returns, payment of tax and administration applicable to those notified persons under the Goods and Services Tax regime.
