Consumer Welfare Fund created to receive specified tax refunds, investment income and prescribed monies for consumer benefit Constitution and crediting of the Consumer Welfare Fund: the Government shall constitute a Fund called the Consumer Welfare Fund and credit to it the amount referred to in sub section (5) of section 54, any income from investment of amounts credited to the Fund, and such other monies received by it in such manner as may be prescribed.
