Laying of rules: place regulations before the legislature for a set period; legislature may modify or annul them. Every rule, regulation and notification under the Act must be laid before the State Legislature for a total period of thirty days in one or more sessions; if the Legislature, before the expiry of the immediately following session, agrees to modify or to annul the instrument, it will thereafter operate only as modified or be of no effect, without prejudice to the validity of prior actions taken under it.
