of <h1>Taxpayers Can Request Up to 24-Month Installment Plan Under Section 80 of Arunachal Pradesh GST Act 2017</h1> Under Section 80 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, a taxable person may apply to the Commissioner for an extension of time to pay or to pay amounts due in monthly installments, not exceeding 24 months, excluding self-assessed liabilities in returns. Approval is contingent on recorded reasons, interest under Section 50, and prescribed conditions. If any installment is not paid by its due date, the entire outstanding balance becomes immediately due and recoverable without further notice.
