Right of appeal to final appellate forum for orders of appellate tribunals and certified appellate judgments. An appeal to the final appellate forum lies from orders of the National or Regional Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and, where the High Court certifies a judgment in an appeal under the preceding provision as fit, from that High Court judgment; the Code of Civil Procedure's provisions on appeals to the final appellate forum apply so far as practicable, and where the final appellate forum varies or reverses a High Court judgment, effect is to be given to that order as provided in the preceding appellate provision.
