Registration amendment: Registered persons must notify changes; officer may approve or reject with hearing and certain changes need no approval. Every registered person and any person assigned a Unique Identity Number must inform the proper officer of changes to registration information in the prescribed form, manner and period; the proper officer may approve or reject amendments on that basis or ascertained by him, subject to prescribed procedures, with prescribed particulars exempted from approval and rejection not to be made without affording an opportunity of being heard; approvals or rejections under the Central Act are deemed to be under this Act.
