Consumer Welfare Fund established to receive specified refund amounts and investment income for consumer welfare purposes. Constitution of a Consumer Welfare Fund requires the Government to establish the Fund and credit to it: the amount referred to in the refund provision, any income from investment of amounts credited to the Fund, and such other monies received in such manner as may be prescribed.
