Revocation of registration cancellation: application permitted within a prescribed period; officer may revoke or reject after hearing. A registered person whose registration is cancelled by the proper officer on his own motion may, subject to prescribed conditions, apply within thirty days from service of the cancellation order for revocation of cancellation; the proper officer may revoke the cancellation or reject the application but rejection requires an opportunity of being heard. Revocation under the central enactment is deemed a revocation under this Act.
