Publication of information allows disclosure of persons and related proceedings once appeal rights on penalties are exhausted. Section 159 authorises the Commissioner or an authorised officer to publish names and particulars of persons and proceedings under the Act in the public interest, with penalty-related publication deferred until appeal rights have lapsed or any filed appeal is finally disposed of; identification may extend to partners, directors and other representatives of firms, companies or associations where justified.
