Deemed exports: certain domestic supplies may be notified as deemed exports when payment received in rupees or convertible forex. The Government may, on the recommendations of the Council, notify certain supplies of goods as deemed exports where the goods supplied do not leave India, payment for such supplies is received either in Indian rupees or in convertible foreign exchange, and such goods are manufactured in India.
