The proper officer can approve or reject these amendments based on the information provided or independently verified, within a prescribed period. Approval is not required for certain prescribed amendments. Rejection of amendments cannot occur without offering the applicant a chance to be heard. Decisions made under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act regarding amendments are applicable under this Act.
