Right of appeal to highest judicial forum from tribunal or superior forum decisions when certification or revision is permitted. An appeal to the Supreme Court lies from orders of National or Regional Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and from High Court judgments in appeals under the prior provision when the High Court certifies the case fit for appeal; procedural rules of the Code of Civil Procedure for appeals to the highest forum apply as far as may be practicable, and where a High Court judgment is varied or reversed the Supreme Court's order must be given effect in the manner prescribed by the earlier appellate provision.
