Delegation of administrative powers: State President may delegate financial and administrative authority to Bench members under continued supervision. State President holds financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and may delegate such powers to any Member or officer, provided that the delegate continues to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
