Good faith immunity for tribunal members and authorised officers shields them from suits or prosecutions for acts under the Act. Protection from suit or prosecution is afforded to tribunal leadership, tribunal personnel, authorised persons and any officer appointed or authorised under the Act for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under the Act or its rules.
