Levy of fee: prescribed charge payable when copies of orders or documents are supplied on applicant request under GST. Where a person applies for a copy of any order or document, the Act requires payment of a fee for providing that copy, and the amount is to be determined by prescription; entitlement to receive copies on application is therefore conditional on payment of the prescribed fee.
