Payment of sums due notwithstanding appeal: amounts ordered by appellate tribunals remain payable in accordance with the order. Sums ordered by an Appellate Tribunal bench under the relevant provision or by the High Court under the specified provision are payable in accordance with that order, and a pending appeal does not suspend the obligation to pay.
