Section 199A names the Taxation and Investment Regime for Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana, 2016 as the short title and provides that the Scheme shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; it appears in the Finance Act and was inserted by amendment.
