Assignment of radio-frequency spectrum recognised as a specified service covering government assignment and subsequent transfers. An amendment inserts a new specified service category into section 66E by adding clause (j) to identify assignment by the Government of the right to use the radio-frequency spectrum and subsequent transfers of that right as covered service transactions.
