Transfer of employee balance to notified pension scheme permitted under amended schedule rule, enabling full rollover into pension account. The Fourth Schedule is amended to substitute the ending of clause (iii) and to insert clause (iv) in rule 8 permitting transfer of the entire balance standing to an employee's credit to his account under a pension scheme referred to in the income tax provisions and notified by the Central Government.
