Commencement of amendments to the Foreign Exchange Management Act upon Central Government notification in Official Gazette. The amendments to the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 contained in Part VI of the Finance Act, 2016 will come into force on a date appointed by the Central Government, to be notified by it in the Official Gazette; commencement depends on that notification.
